  • HalfScale is a strategic operations consultancy for independent labels and creative teams. We help you eliminate the operational chaos that quietly kills momentum—and replace it with systems and work rhythms that are sustainable. We bridge strategy and human care because long-term success requires both.

  • Most consultants only fix workflows. We fix systems.

    With years leading partnerships and working A&R across the likes of APG, ONErpm. and GYRO.GROUP—and current MSW training—I look at operations through two lenses: how your tools and processes work, and how your people operate inside them.

    That means we address the structural patterns, team dynamics, and boundary issues that cause breakdowns in the first place.

  • I’m not a licensed therapist (yet—I’m currently completing my MSW).

    My coaching focuses on work-related challenges: burnout prevention, boundary-setting, sustainable rhythms, and leadership support.

    If you’re experiencing clinical symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or anything requiring therapeutic care, I’ll encourage you to work with a licensed clinician and can help you find appropriate referrals.

    That said, this isn’t magic—you have to actually implement what we build.

  • All services are available remotely via Zoom. NYC-based clients can meet in person when it’s helpful.

  • Yes.

    All “Work” services can be split into two payments. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available each quarter for individuals or teams with financial constraints. Mention “sliding scale” when booking your discovery call or getting in touch.

  • After you submit the contact form, I’ll follow up within 1–2 business days to schedule a discovery call.

    On that call, we’ll clarify what’s actually happening behind the scenes—your goals, pain points, and what success would look like. If it’s a fit, I’ll recommend the right starting point (Operations, People, or a hybrid) and send a simple proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing.

    No pressure. The goal is clarity, not a hard sell.
